Fight Jitsu is the competitive sector of the WJJC Ju-Jitsu. The fight is not separate from Ju-Jitsu, on the back side it is integral part of it and is included in our syllabus. From the white-blue belt, a Ju-Jitsu student will begin practicing Fight Jitsu from the very basics to pass to real sparring and fighting in the following levels.
The Fighting includes punches, kicks and grappling within a fixed time and fixed rounds, the match ends with a knock-down, a joint lock on the ground or submission.
Scores must be marked by the referees, he who gains the higher score wins the match. Essential part of the Fight are punches, kicks, throws, takedowns, locks & chocks.
The match and the training unfold safely in semi and full contact with approved helmets and open-fingered MMA gloves.
